Controlled Demolition and Concrete Cutting of Reinforced Concrete Structure

This project involved the selective demolition and cutting of reinforced concrete columns and slabs, excluding the raft, retaining walls, and shoring. Our scope included the mobilization of specialized cutting and coring equipment, safe removal of concrete segments, and transportation to a municipality-approved disposal site—all executed in compliance with consultant approvals and authority regulations.
